2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, reference images, and other content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained the necessary rights to use and authorize us to process the content you upload
• Your content and the resulting generated images do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights
• You will not use the service to copy, recreate, or commercialize copyrighted works, brand assets, or protected characters without a valid license or legal right to do so

You grant us permission to process and store your content to generate AI images and provide generation history. You are solely responsible for the legality of your uploads, prompts, and outputs, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the rules of any platform where you share the result.

Imgtoimgai.io does not review every upload or output for copyright clearance. We are not responsible for copyright, trademark, or publicity claims arising from content you upload, generate, download, or publish. If we receive a valid infringement notice, we may remove the material and restrict the related account.

3. Feedback

For any feedback or suggestions you provide about our services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.
